Co-host a youth leadership event.

This course teaches teens how to communicate effectively and connect with others. The course emphasizes the importance of building strong relationships and creating a sense of trust and understanding with others. 
It provides practical strategies for improving communication skills, including listening effectively, speaking persuasively, and tailoring communication to different audiences. 

In the 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth program, students will learn how to accelerate personal and professional growth, expand their horizons, and achieve their full potential. They will gain insights into the fundamental principles of growth and development and practical tools and strategies for achieving success in all aspects of life. 

This course teaches teens how to build character traits. They will learn to take responsibility for themselves and their actions, express themselves, and handle problems and decisions when they arise. Teens will learn the 21 qualities for themselves as well as learn how to facilitate group studies, peer coaching partnerships and workshops with this content. 

Students will learn how to live their lives with purpose and intentionality. They will discover the power of making conscious choices and taking deliberate actions that align with their values and goals. The course covers self-awareness, personal growth, relationships, and leadership, providing practical tools and insights for living a more meaningful and fulfilling life. 

This course will help youth understand how they can be leaders now. This will challenge them to develop the habits, practices, and mindset of a transformational leader. Students will not only learn but also be challenged and held accountable to applying what they learn.

YouthMAX Plus with Nick Vujicic is an exciting new youth leadership program featuring Maxwell Leadership Certified Team YouthMAX Plus Ambassador Nick Vujicic.

YouthMAX inspires and equips young people to value themselves and others by developing and maintaining a positive self-image, showing compassion to others, persevering amid adversity, and creating a daily routine of successful attitudes and behavior. 

This collaborative journey will guide teens in turning failures into growth opportunities. Using lively discussions, reflective exercises, and goal-setting, we'll explore themes like humility, responsibility, and hope. 

Aimed to help young people navigate life's challenges resiliently, learn from their experiences, and foster lifelong learning. This program provides a nurturing space for personal growth and empowerment. 

The assessment will help teens get insight into their unique way of working with others. Knowing more about yourself makes it easier to communicate with your friends, parents, teachers, and other adults. When students complete the assessment, they’ll also see a short list of careers that may fit well with their personality style… something to consider as they plan their future.
